Billy came back with a major decision in the consolation semi-finals over Ryan Haugh of Northeastern 11-2, then dominated South Western's Jake Kemper 6-0 for the 3rd place medal and a trip to Hersheypark for the District III AAA Wrestling Championships on 2/20. Billy Randt's 2008-09 record now stands at 27-6 as he heads into Districts.
